What does the Grab&Up plan cover?
Unexpected events during pet transport — death, loss, injuries caused by the carrier, and severe weather.
If the carrier is at fault for injury or death, is it covered?
Yes — when the carrier is determined responsible, the plan pays for the damage or loss.
Will I receive full reimbursement if my pet dies in transit?
Yes — full reimbursement is issued upon submission of the breeder’s invoice.
What if my pet escapes or is lost during transport?
All eligible expenses related to the escape or loss will be reimbursed.
Is shipping refunded if my pet dies during transport?
Yes — shipping costs are covered with the carrier’s invoice.
What is not covered by the plan?
Events unrelated to transport, pre-existing conditions, and cases without a post‑mortem examination.
